This is an on-call general consultant for traffic impact studies (TIS) review for Pasco County. American serves as an extension of the Pasco County staff to assess traffic impact studies and substandard road analyses review, submitted to the County for approval. American has reviewed over 35 TIS and 10 substandard road analyses. Our review analysis was based on the Pasco County Guidelines for Traffic Impact Studies and Substandard Road Review. Our role on this project included attending mitigation between County staff and developers, estimate roadway cost for improvements, calculate proportionate share cost payment, and attending County Commissioners Meetings.
