Solar Siting Support

American provides clients services to support Solar development. We can utilize our GIS services for “prospecting” purposes to identify potentially viable locations for future solar installations. We provide: data management, data manipulation, data analysis and cartographic representations for areas of interest. We can help a developer determine areas, with the direct solar intensity and minimal environmental constraints, which could be classified as potentially profitable for the placement of solar panels.

Combining our knowledge of environmental constraints including flood zones, slope, and wetlands, we can assist with siting large commercial installations and smaller site specific arrays.
